Lucinda is a native Floridian, born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. She attended Southwest Florida College and received the Whos Who Among American Junior Colleges award and graduated with High Honors. After completing Southwest Florida College with an Associate in Science in Business Management & Marketing she decided to enter into the family business.

Shortly after receiving her Real Estate License she went right to work for Thomas R. Baker & Associates. As a third generation Real Estate agent she has seen a great deal of growth throughout the area.

Lucinda launched her Real Estate career helping her family market her grandfathers estate, Argo Ranch.  Shortly thereafter she became the Property Manager of Via Royale and Regency Terrace, class A office buildings. With her father eager to retire from the Real Estate business she was also involved in the Marketing and selling of the two buildings.

Due to the growing Real Estate market in Southwest Florida Lucinda decided to venture into the sales arena of Real Estate. Eager to continue her career in Real Estate she has been working with buyers, sellers, and investors from around the world. Now that Lucinda has joined  Rossman Realty Group Inc. she is eager to help the community turn this trying Market back around to further its growth in the future. 

Lucinda is a mother of three beautiful children. She has recently purchased a lovely waterfront home in Olga, Florida. Her free time is spent with her children taking the boat down the Caloosahatchee River. Whether it is water sports or fishing the family truly enjoys their quality time together.
